Chapter 60 Betrayal by Zhao Guang
After Captain Sun and the others entered the city, Zhao Guang sneaked into the city secretly. Normally, his behavior would have been punished if Captain Sun had found out. However, in reality, Captain Sun agreed to let him enter the city because he knew Zhao Guang was Guo Qiang's man, and he had openly expressed his intention to kill Chen Yuan in front of everyone before.
Therefore, Captain Sun believed that Zhao Guang's entry into the city was to assassinate Chen Yuan, which aligned with his own thoughts or plans. He was waiting for Chen Yuan to die so he could then manipulate Chen Xue and force her to reveal those abilities.

After inquiring, Zhao Guang found the most skilled doctor in the county.
"Doctor, please help me check if I am poisoned," he said.
The doctor examined him by checking his pulse, tongue, and eyelids. After a moment, the doctor withdrew his hand and said, "You are not poisoned."
"Really?" Zhao Guang was skeptical. "I accidentally ingested poison before and felt itchy all over. Are you sure you're not mistaken?"
"It's impossible," the doctor shook his head. "I've been practicing medicine for twenty years; how could I be mistaken? You're not poisoned."
"However, you do have an illness, and it's not light."
"You're the one who's sick, and your whole family is sick!"
Hearing this, Zhao Guang's joy of not being poisoned turned into anger. "Are you cursing me? I'll wreck your medical shop!"
However, shortly after leaving the pharmacy with medicine in hand, Zhao Guang began to feel itchy and in pain all over his body, causing panic.
"Quack doctor!"
He hurried back to the doctor, grabbed his collar, and demanded answers. But the doctor, unable to diagnose his symptoms, advised him to seek another opinion.
Frustrated, Zhao Guang stormed out and visited other pharmacies, but no one could help him.
Meanwhile, Chen Xue and her father saw Zhao Guang's plight from a distance and realized his intentions. Chen Xue had initially scared him with psychological tactics, but later decided to make him genuinely itchy using a special medicine from her space.
Realizing that Zhao Guang couldn't find help, they continued with their plans without concern for him.
