Shu Yu lightly hit him, "Don't move, your eyebrows almost got crooked."
"Cough." Meng Yunzheng dared not move again; she could do whatever she wanted.
Both of them disguised themselves with ordinary appearances that wouldn't be easily recognized in a crowd.

The group soon arrived at the prison cell where Gong Qiu was being held. The guards nodded slightly upon seeing Minister Jing, likely having received orders from the Fifth Prince, and they didn't say anything. Instead, they walked to a corner and kept watch from there.
Minister Jing also stepped back a few steps, giving them space to talk.
Gong Qiu was crouched in the corner of the cell, not reacting even when he heard the footsteps. He seemed indifferent.
Meng Yunzheng and Shu Yu stood outside the cell and could vaguely see the figure in the corner.
It seemed that Gong Qiu was being treated relatively well during the trial; aside from being a bit dirty, there were no signs of physical torture on his body.
