Zhao Xi hesitated. Should he say yes or no?

He forced a dry laugh. Could he say no?
Zhao Xi stepped aside, "Minister Qi, please come in."
Qi Chan nodded and walked in with his hands behind his back. Zhao Xi followed behind, saying, "Is there something the Minister wants to discuss with Yunzheng? Unfortunately, he's not here.
