Fully armed soldiers blocked the path in front of Chen Yi and the others. Seeing this sudden appearance of soldiers with murderous intent, Chen Yi and his companions dared not move recklessly.

Even if bailiff Qian saw it wrong, captain Sun couldn't let him admit it, as it would be their mistake. If it was acknowledged that the Chen family escaped and then returned, it would be the Chen family's fault, and they would still be punished.
The general didn't pay attention to their conversation but interrupted, "How many people are there in the Chen family?"
