Arc 2 Chapter 89: Gamer God, Please Don't Tease (46)

Su Xun logged into his account and stretched lazily, nonchalantly resting his hand on the back of Luo Liyan's chair.

"You've put the wrong runes here, you should use healing runes." Su Xun gently interrupted Luo Liyan who had been pondering for a long time and eventually decided to buy attack runes.

{Livestream Comments}

SocialMediaAddict: Whoa! Did I just hear what I think I heard? Is that Co-God speaking?

TheRealOgre: You wish! Everyone knows Co-God is famously aloof. If he bought the wrong runes, he'd freeze that idiot into ice without hesitation.

CultivatedPorkBunOnTheMountain: Impossible. This low-frequency sound of the Emperor's voice is something only I, Co-God, can produce.

TheRealOgre: Sure, it's definitely Co-God. But where did this rookie come from, making our great Co-God descend from his pedestal?

LAS team members watched the rapidly scrolling comments in the livestream chat. They looked at their boss, who was lavishing Luo Liyan with attention, with a mix of admiration and envy.

Several single people felt as if they had been hit by a 10,000-point critical hit of damage.

"Isn't it better to use attack runes in all slots?" Liryan asked still not entirely clear.

After all standing still would mean death anyway so the key was who had higher damage output.

"In other slots, perhaps. But in all professions the runes here are for healing and they can provide the most health." Su Xun explained as he leaned in beside Luo Liyan.

The two of them could even feel each other's warm breath.

This made Su Xun savor the moment and he took a deep breath. His hawk-like eyes were half-closed as he looked at Luo Liyan, who was still struggling with the runes. However, he soon noticed her hesitant gaze and reached out to cover her hand on the mouse with his own.

"You should buy this one first, fill up this slot slowly and then adjust the rest according to the hero you want to play." Su Xun said with a deep, gentle voice as he leaned down closer to Luo Liyan.

Their breaths intertwined and he felt the faint warm breath on his face. It sent ripples through him and Luo Liyan felt a tingling sensation all over her body.

"Alright I'll start with support then." she said as she tried to talk but found her voice becoming soft and tender. She coughed lightly to regain her composure.

Su Xun's throat moved twice and his chest heaved dramatically. He had to release her hands even though he was desperate to hold her. If he continued this way he wouldn't care about the occasion anymore.

"Let's start the game."

After taking a quick look at the lively chat he manually banned several rhythm-disrupting trolls and opened the game room. Luo Liyan was the first to be invited.

Together with Duo Ge, Jiason, and Fatty, they formed a team of five and entered the game.

Luo Liyan checked her champion pool and hesitated between Thresh and Garen. She was in a bit of a dilemma.

She was highly proficient with both champions, but her Thresh hooks often went wide sometimes landing in the Himalayan Mountains. If she picked Garen...

However, she had recently criticized Garen in her livestream and now she would be playing him. It would be embarrassing to be beaten up in the bush and lose face in front of her fans.
