Shu Yu smiled and pointed to another large bowl, "I made one for you as well. You can have supper with Hua Xian later."
"Thank you, Miss," Ying Xi said as she touched her stomach; she was really hungry.
Shu Yu packed two portions into containers and carried one, while Ying Xi carried the other as they went back to Grandma Lu's courtyard.
When they arrived, the lights were still on, and Shu Yu could even catch glimpses of Hua Xian's figure moving inside the house.
The rain had already lessened, so Shu Yu put away the umbrella and lightly knocked on the door.
In a short while, Hua Xian opened the door.
