"General Weichi Che, please have someone fetch a basin of water. I need to clean the wound on the lady's face before applying the medicine."
"What's the matter? Do you also want to touch my wife?" Weichi Che's gaze turned icy as he swept it over Physician Li, frightening him into kneeling on the ground once more.
"I dare not!"
"Alright, don't scare him. Let him remove the fragments from your hand first." Luo Liyan saw that Physician Li was already quite old and Weichi Che had nearly frightened him to faint. She quickly changed the subject.
"Let's tend your wound first." Weichi Che looked at the bloodstains on Luo Liyan's face and he had no time to worry about the minor wound on his hand. He was eager to have her wound treated.
"Hmm?" Luo Liyan was displeased when she saw Weichi Che didn't seem too concerned about his own injury. She grunted in disapproval.
Weichi Che finally yielded and extended his hand to Physician Li.
The bloody and flesh-covered wound made Physician Li's brow furrow.
"General, it might hurt a little."
"It's okay." Weichi Che didn't even blink as Physician Li began to remove the fragments of jade from his wound.
Luo Liyan gasped, drawing in a breath of cold air and buried her head in Weichi Che's chest.
Weichi Che gently kissed her forehead, feeling increasingly irritated by Physician Li's presence.
Fortunately, Physician Li knew his place and worked quickly. He then placed some cotton and wound medicine on a small cabinet near the beauty couch.
"General, we're done. Now, you just need to clean the wound and bandage it."
"If you're done with your work, you can leave now." Weichi Che didn't even look at him and directly issued the order.
Although his tone was domineering, Physician Li secretly breathed a sigh of relief and hurriedly retreated.
Receiving a cotton cloth wrung out by a servant, Weichi Che carefully wiped away the blood from Luo Liyan's face. The not-so-deep wound finally became visible.
Why did so much blood flow from such a shallow wound?
Weichi Che furrowed his brows with a concerned look. He carefully applied the medicine gently as if touching a feather.
"Is it done?" Luo Liyan, seeing that he didn't seem to care much about the wound on his hand, jumped up from his lap. "Let me help you bandage it."
It was just a minor skin wound. It would heal after a night's sleep. There's no need to bandage it.
Weichi Che thought to himself that there was no need to bandage such a minor injury. However, he handed his hand over to Lou Liyan without saying a word.
As long as she didn't leave him, he would indulge her in whatever she wanted to do.
So when Luo Liyan used the cotton cloth to tie a comically large butterfly knot on Weichi Che's hand, he just raised an eyebrow without denying her. He watched her with indulgent eyes as she giggled.
"Satisfied?" Weichi Che lowered his head to kiss her rosy lips, but she bit his lower lip with her sharp little fangs.
A slight pain accompanied by tingling sensations ran through his body and his eyes flickered with a dangerous seductive aura.
"Are you implying something, Smoke?" His large palm pressed against Luo Liyan's waist, rubbing with intent.
His voice was hoarse, deep, and filled with a hint of dangerous temptation.
"Can you not be in heat all the time?" Luo Liyan's cheeks turned as red as peaches in an autumn garden and her tone was coquettish.
Her alluring appearance made Weichi Che's breath grow heavier.
