There was no last night!

The elevator door opened, and Sheng Mingsi cut off her words, "Go up."

Last night, he had lost control. The violent throbbing of his heart, which couldn't be suppressed, was an unprecedented feeling even for himself.

Jiang Chenchen dared not speak again; he seemed even angrier now.

Certainly, disturbing his sleep last night, especially when he hadn't slept well, made him irritable. It was similar to the day he had asked her to leave.

The elevator arrived, and Sheng Mingsi stepped out first. He walked some distance and then turned back.

His pitch-black eyes were particularly deep.

"Do you have money?"

As expected, the answer should be no.

Indeed, Jiang Chenchen shook her head.

She was practically broke.

Although Xia Changli said she would repay her for the medical expenses, Jiang Chenchen had almost no money left now. After paying off the debts, she didn't leave any emergency funds. So, they were both penniless.

Seeing her calmly admit that she had no money, Sheng Mingsi's gaze softened. He took out his wallet, pulled out a card, and handed it to her.

Jiang Chenchen reached out to take it, "But..."

"It's the subsidy for sponsoring impoverished students. When you have the ability, you can repay me later." Sheng Mingsi lifted his eyelids lazily, tiredly. "The password is the numbers corresponding to your name. Repeat it."

After saying these words, he went back to his room.

Jiang Chenchen looked at the card in her hand. Why didn't he just tell her the password numbers?

She also went back to her room to wash up and sleep. She had to get up early tomorrow.

Xia Changli didn't go since it was a self-funded trip, and her body was still recovering. Traveling was not advisable.

"Chenchen, be sure to stay safe!"

With such a large company, there should be no problem, especially since she knew the group's CEO was Mr. Sheng's sister. That should make it even safer.

To avoid any slip-ups, she decided to rent a place to stay.

Jiang Chenchen met up with the artist manager, Lu Fang, at the company, and they headed to the airport together, boarding the plane.

Lu Fang had managed many well-known artists and had a keen eye. This girl caught the attention of President Gu. She was outstanding in appearance, with a unique temperament.

By exposing herself to the public, it would be easy for her to gain attention.

The only issue was that this girl didn't like to talk. From the moment they met until they sat down on the plane, she didn't speak unless necessary.

Her expressionless face lacked the lively charm of someone her age; she seemed like a wooden beauty.

Not long after the plane took off, the young man sitting next to Jiang Chenchen by the window, who had been busy working on his laptop since boarding, unexpectedly leaned over!

He collapsed, convulsing next to her. His coffee on the table spilled onto the floor, and the warm liquid splashed all over Jiang Chenchen's legs.

The sound of the flight attendant's voice came over the broadcast.

"Passengers, we have a medical emergency. Is there a doctor on board? Please contact the flight attendant near you!"

The broadcast repeated. Sheng Mingsi, seated in the first-class cabin, put down the documents in his hands and looked up.
